| These immaculately presented trucks are owned by Pyramid Transport Limited. The Freightliner named - 'Bastet', is a 110" cab Argosy with a CAT C12 430HP engine. The Argosy carts sheepskins from Auckland to Te Aroha and backloads hides from Te Kuiti to Auckland. The Kenworth named - 'The Pharaoh II', is one of two 6x4 Kenworth K104 Aerodynes in the fleet, (photos of the second - 'Jewel of the Nile' can be found at the bottom of the page.) The big Kenworth is powered by a Cummins Signature 580HP engine. It hauls tanning products on a Opinion Holdings 6 axle refrigerated B-train with a thermo-king engine Auckland to Napier and carts animal by-products back from Wairoa and Hastings. | |
